Ibiza’s first hotel gets bohemian refresh from Dorothée Meilichzon

The 1930s Montesol hotel in Ibiza has reopened following a full overhaul of its 30 bedrooms and three suites by Dorothée Meilichzon of French interior design studio Chzon. Set in the old town of Eivissa, the newly renamed Montesol Experimental has been undergoing a multi-stage renovation since 2021, when it was bought by the Experimental hospitality group. Interior designer Dorothée Meilichzon has overhauled the bedrooms (top image) of the Montesol Experimental hotel (above) Meilichzon was responsible for overseeing the whole project, starting two years ago with the Sabbaba restaurant and rooftop bar before finally turning to the rooms. Icy rain from Saturn’s rings is heating the planet

This composite image of Saturn shows a Lyman-alpha bulge – the bright band in the Northern Hemisphere – from an unexpected excess of hydrogen. (The brightest color at the North Pole is the auroral region.) Multiple planetary exploration missions have detected an excess of hydrogen at Saturn. Rolex unveils a number of new and exciting watches at Watches and Wonders 2023

Watches and Wonders 2023 is well underway and like all the previous instalments before, the world was eagerly waiting for Rolex’s big announcements. This year, the watch brand did approach their new unveilings like previous years with minor tweaks and technical upgrades, but the main differences was that Rolex added another level of creativity not often seen with their releases. While fans were disappointed to hear that both the Cellini and Milgauss would not be making a return to the lineup, their news was overshadowed by the inventive releases across the Daytona, Sky-Dweller, GMT-Master II, and Oyster Perpetual lines.
