A simple starter that tastes anything but. Garden-fresh vegetables and herbs atop crusted bread browned in grass-fed Irish butter make an appetizer so perfect you don’t even need silverware.
- Kerrygold Garlic and Herb Butter
- diced tomatoes
- balsamic vinegar
- fried egg (optional)
To prepare, butter thickly sliced rustic bread liberally on both sides with Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, garlic and balsamic vinegar. (Or with a prepared bruschetta topping.) Serve as is or with a fried egg on top.
