Are you hosting this holiday season? We are here for Christmas and I’m getting excited to pull out all of my favorite tableware for the holidays. When it comes to my table, I love using items that feel special, that have a story. Mismatched plates, vintage inspired glassware, salt and pepper shakers I snagged at a random store years ago, a tablecloth that makes me happy. I always try to find this happy place between a table that feels special but also playful and warm and fuzzy. A table that you feel comfortable sitting at for hours. Perfectly imperfect where more is more and you don’t have worry about what people think about a table that is ready to be celebrated!
Some of these items are new, some are collected. I thought it would be nice to see a table that maybe doesn’t look super planned and instead a few of my favorite things. I bought my little Santa and Mrs. Claus salt and pepper shakers years ago at a small shop in Salina, Kansas. I feel like they will be something my kids always remember from our Christmas table! These are similar and so sweet. I also love these and these.
