Baked Asparagus and Egg Whites


Have you tried baked asparagus and eggs before? it’s a familiar taste.

I was bored and broke at home so I used what I had in the fridge, it’s a combo that I didn’t think would taste good but it does!

It’s an easy and simple meal to make for those who wanna make it for fun.

I topped my baked asparagus and egg whites with caviar.

Ingredients

3 Egg Whites

Thin Asparagus

Caviar (optional)

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, cut the ends of the asparagus and toss in avocado oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika (lemon pepper tastes great on asparagus) place in a baking pan. Once the oven is done preheating, place asparagus inside and bake for 12-15 mins

While asparagus is cooking, prep your eggs by separating your egg white and yolk in two separate bowls, cook egg whites in a pan on medium heat for 3-5 mins.

Once the food is cooked, top it with caviar (optional) and enjoy.
