Cedar Plank Salmon w/ Citrus Garlic Asparagus

A Quick and Easy Anytime Dish!

Ingredients: 2- 4 Salmon Filets, 1 Lb Asparagus, 1 Lemon Sliced, 2 TBSP Brown Sugar, 1 TSP Kosher Salt, 1/2 TSP Black Pepper, 2 TSP Paprika, 1 TBSP Olive Oil, 1-2 Cedar Planks.

Directions: Soak the plank(s) in salt water for at least an hour. Heat a Propane Grill for 15 mins. Add the Cedar Planks and close grill lid for 5 mins. Add the seasoned fillets with Brown Sugar, Paprika, Salt, & Pepper and grill on indirect heat for 12-15 mins until temperature is 145 degrees.

While the salmon cooks add the asparagus to a foil lined cookie sheet with sliced lemon, salt, pepper, and olive oil and bake at 425 degree oven and cook for 10 mins. Plate asparagus with salmon as pictured and enjoy!
