This is a good week for hot dog fans.

Haven City Market, Rancho Cucamonga’s food hall, continues to expand its dining selections. Last week a new business called Dog Shack opened there serving gourmet all-beef dogs heaping with toppings.

And for nostalgia buffs willing to drive to West Hollywood, an iconic hot dog stand called Tail O’ The Pup has been given new life.

The IE did well in the U.S. Open Beer Championship, held earlier this month in Ohio. Two craft breweries brought home gold: Evans Brewing Co. of Corona and Hangar 24 of Redlands.

Finally, we have recipes for refreshing salads and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus.

The quick-service establishment serves loaded, bacon-wrapped dogs, burgers, cheesesteaks and frozen lemonade. Read more.
