At WIP, couples will begin their palate-pleasing adventure with the Aphrodisia cocktail, blending the flavours of rum, whiskey, and fresh ingredients like passionfruit and basil.

The first dish to be served is the ambrosial Crab Avocado Salad where crab meat is tossed with bronze fennel, avocado and arugula microgreens. Next up, savour Chanterelle Vol Au Vents laden with truffle oil cream and garnished with tendrils. Then choose from a choice of three mains: Tiger Prawns with Saffron Sauce, served with garlic angel hair pasta, assorted grilled asparagus, lavender microgreens, and a parmesan crisp; Chocolate Mole Lamb Cutlets accompanied with microgreens, lemon balm oil parsnip mash, grilled asparagus, pea snaps, baby carrots, and red vein sorrel microgreens; or for meat lovers, Beef Steak served alongside a creamy truffle celeriac mash with lemon balm oil and red wine sauce, glazed blueberries, asparagus tops, red vein sorrel, and microgreen tendrils, served with purple sweet potato chips.

A Valentine’s That Transcends The Heart & SOUL at SOULed OUT Kuala Lumpur

Hearts will flutter and souls will sing at SOULed OUT’s romantic dinner amidst a charming crimson ambience this 14th February. A deliciously hearty three-course dinner awaits couples and is priced at RM268++ per couple, with two glasses sparkling wine or RM398++ per couple, with a bottle of personalised wine. Start with a comforting Leek and Asparagus Soup served with sauteed potatoes and poached egg. Couples may then choose from three main courses: Miso Glazed Salmon with pasta vongole, salmon roe, and microgreens for seafood lovers; Pistachio Herbed Lamb Rack alongside a poached vegetable medley, creamy sweet potato stack, and a red wine reduction; or the Beef Tenderloin accompanied with parsnip purée, grilled asparagus, vegetable medley, and Bearnaise sauce for meat lovers. Finish off the evening with a surprise Petite Cake specially created by the chef.
